The association uses gaming and playing activities as a resource for the poorest. It is specialized into creating games librairies, training their future staff and providing game cases to schools. Always trying to improve living conditions and education access, C.I.E.LO develops different kinds of projects with local schools :
Since its creation in 1995, the association worked in 19 countries, starting in Latin America before widening its action to other regions where its help is necessary. Today they still act in 8 African, Central and South American countries : Benin, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Comores, Haïti, Sri Lanka and Togo.
